PwC Cyprus welcomes the new trainee accountants

On 30 August 2013, PwC Cyprus welcomed its new trainee accountants in the organisation’s offices in Nicosia. Despite the challenging economic conditions, PwC remains committed to its people-centric philosophy and hired 36 new university graduates who will join PwC’s training program for becoming qualified accountants.

Mr Evgenios Evgeniou, CEO of PwC Cyprus and Mr Philippos Soseilos, Head of Human Capital, welcomed the new members of the organisation and wished them every success in their professional career. Mr Evgeniou stressed that “despite the prevailing uncertainty, the organisation will continue to invest in the attraction and development of young talent”. During the welcome day, the trainee accountants had the opportunity to learn more about the organisation and their training program, as well as listen to two qualified accountants who have recently completed their training with PwC Cyprus, sharing their experiences.
