Hosting an Incentives Weekend for the Firm’s lawyers

Patrikios Pavlou & Associates LLC organised an Incentives Weekend for the legal team which took place at the Annabelle Hotel in Paphos on 23th-24th February 2013.
The first part of the event involved an afternoon conference where the lawyers had the opportunity to view the findings of the SWOT analysis of the firm and discuss their views on several matters such as organizational culture, team building, strategic plan, internal procedures, ambitions and others. An exciting and motivational address followed by the Senior & Managing Partner, Mr Stavros Pavlou.
In the evening, the lawyers enjoyed an Italian buffet dinner and an outing in Paphos nightlife! The following day the team had the chance to relax and enjoy the sunny day.
