EY Cyprus releases its 2017 Cyprus Tax Facts to help you stay up-to-date on tax issues and legislation changes

The publication provides an updated glance at a full range of tax issues, including income tax, VAT and an up-to-date list of double taxation agreements. It contains significant legislation amendments, such as the elimination of the immovable property tax, effective as of January 2017

EY Cyprus issues the 2017 Cyprus Tax Facts guide, which provides information regarding the Cypriot tax system based on the Cypriot legislation and tax practices, in relation to the fiscal year 2017.  This publication includes a brief review of the effective tax laws in which all recent key changes to the tax code are incorporated, effective as of January 2017.

The Cyprus Tax Facts guide contains facts and figures concerning natural and legal persons for the full range of tax laws, including income tax, capital gain tax and VAT.  Furthermore, it includes an updated list of all double taxation agreements.   The publication is intended only for general information purposes and in no way replaces specific professional advice.
