Mr George Andreou is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and joined us in April 2014. He has studied in Greece and obtained his law degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Masters –LLM International Business Law, at the University of Hull, UK. He is currently dealing with litigation and corporate law, associating with a wide spectrum of issues and providing legal advice and opinions to various international clients. He also participates in the preparation of due diligence reports and general research.

Ms Panayiota Georgiou  is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and joined our firm also in April 2014. She has obtained a Bachelor Degree in Law – LLB, at the University of Derby, Derbyshire, UK. She subsequently followed her Bachelor degree with a Masters – LLM in International Trade Law, at the University of Sussex, Brighton, UK.   She is currently a member of our corporate management team and is dealing with all legal issues that relate to the incorporation of Cyprus and foreign companies, preparation of their corporate records, minutes, review of agreements etc.  She additionally provides legal advice and opinions in relation to a wide range of corporate issues to various clients, both originating from a national as well as an international level.
