Kinanis Fiduciaries Limited was granted by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), an authorisation pursuant to Article 43 of the Trusts and Trustees Act (Cap. 331 of the Laws of Malta) to provide fiduciary services.  This authorisation is subject to the provisions of the Trusts and Trustees Act, any rules issued thereunder and any additional requirement or condition as the Authority may, from time to time, either generally or specifically deem fit to make.
