During her time in the Middle East Lorraine recruited in the Sales and Marketing sector recruiting Senior Sales professionals across a number of industry industries including; Media, Events/Exhibitions, FMCG, Automotive, Healthcare and Corporate B2B. Lorraine’s role at GRS has developed rapidly since 2015 and she is responsible for the Candidate Resourcing Teams for Cyprus and Malta as well as heading up the running of the Operations of the business. Ensuring that the operations of the front and back offices integrate and work as one smooth operation. As part of the Management Team her position contributes to the continued success of GRS across Cyprus and Malta ensuring that we deliver outstanding service to both candidates and clients. Hayley joined GRS in 2013 after relocating to Cyprus from the UK, she is a dedicated ambitious and focused Recruitment Director with a proven track record in building successful and long term business relationships with clients. Hayley consistently delivers an outstanding service to candidates looking for their next career move in Cyprus and has acquired a legendary status in Cyprus as the ‘go to person’ in the FX and Fintech industries in Cyprus. Ross joined GRS in 2016 as Executive Recruitment Consultant and was promoted to Senior Consultant in record time before being further promoted to a Business Manager.
Ross began his recruitment career with Brook Street Bureau in the UK managing a large city centre contract employment desk. With a diverse client portfolio Ross built his experience in working with both government and private sector companies, providing staff from entry to senior management level. He then went on to spend a decade working for the world’s largest tourism company TUI. During this time Ross worked across Europe in hotel operations, resort management and business development for the group’s biggest airline. As Business Manager, Ross uses his proven technical and corporate communications knowledge to develop and grow the GRS client base by marketing our 360 Human Resource services. Ross solidifies GRS' presence in the local marketplace through consistent networking and participation in membership organisation/industry events.

Our payroll and accounting team is led by Nicoletta Demetriou who joined GRS in March 2013 from the Top 4 where she was the firm’s ‘Payroll Champion’. A Fellow of the ACCA and a member of the Cyprus Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Nicoletta has 20 years’ experience of running payroll and accounting services for international and local companies in Cyprus. Since 2005 GRS have provided Permanent and Temporary Recruitment services and Payroll Solutions to companies that range from start-ups, SME’s through to some of the world most recognised brands. Nicoletta is part of the Management Team of the GRS Group and is actively involved in the strategy and planning of the group. Nicoletta is fluent in Greek and English.
Michelle has joined GRS Recruitment, Malta as Managing Consultant, originally from the UK Michelle has lived in Malta for two years, where she has worked within the recruitment industry, gaining a good understanding of the market and an excellent network of professionals in Malta.
Michelle previously worked and gained experience in a number of sectors including Aviation, Legal, Legacy, Accounting and Treasury in London which gives her a good insight into the requirements of her clients.
