Asset Structuring and Wealth Planning

Through our team of experienced professionals, we advise clients on the most efficient way of structuring business and family assets as well as protect and plan their estate always taking into account each client’s needs, desires and personal circumstances but also the ever so changing environment of taxation, compliance and regulatory framework in the different jurisdictions involved.

Trusts, Companies and other legal entities formation and set up

Our firm is in a position either through its internal legal team or through its network of international associates to undertake the formation and incorporation of Cyprus or foreign jurisdiction Trusts, Companies or other legal entities.

Company Administration and Secretarial Services

One of our main service offerings is to Administer the legal entities of our Client’s by being appointed on the Board of Directors and as Corporate Secretary of the client companies, by making available our fully licensed corporate entities. Through the provision of Administration Services, we ensure that client companies remain compliant under the laws and regulations of their respective jurisdiction.

Trustee Services

Our firm is fully licensed to provide Trustee Services to Cyprus International Trusts. Our Trustee services is always offered through a regulated Private Trust. We also provide Trustee Services for Trusts establish in a foreign jurisdiction.

Cyprus Substance Solutions

In combination with other services offered by our firm we can provide further supplementary services which all together can satisfy economic substance requirements required by various foreign jurisdictions to ensure tax transparency and tax compliance. Such supplementary services offered is the provision of a Registered Office Address within the Republic of Cyprus, shared office space and office facilities, human resource services, telecom and IT Support Services and other ancillary services that may be required.

Accounting & Bookkeeping Services

Through our team of qualified accountants our firm offers accounting recording services per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS Accounting) and preparation of respective Financial Statements. Bookkeeping service would include recording day to day transactions, bank, debtor and creditor reconciliations, maintaining of computerized ledgers, preparation of management accounts, payroll and invoicing services. Our Accounting and Bookkeeping services are offered to companies of any jurisdiction.

Fund Administration Services

Our dedicated Fund Administration team offers support for the set-up of Cyprus Funds by acting as the liaison between the clients and various different professionals such as financial advisors, lawyers, regulatory professionals involved with the drafting of the Memorandum and Articles of Association, the Private Placement Memorandum, the application with the regulatory authority etc. Our Fund Administration team also provides full administration services for Cyprus registered funds such as providing fund accounting and NAV calculations, maintaining shareholders register, arranging for the issue, transfer, allotment and redemption of shares, managing the dividend payouts to unit holders and generally any functions required by regulators in relation to the Fund Administrator role.

FATCA/CRS Advisory Services

EBC can provide FATCA/CRS advisory services to its clients which typically would entail the classification process, the registration process and the reporting process if and where necessary as well as provide ongoing FATCA /CRS compliance support.

Bank Introductory Services

Our firm maintains close working relationships with all local banks as well as with many international prime banks to which we may introduce our clients. We further provide our clients with support and assistance during the client onboarding and due diligence process.

Members Voluntary Liquidation Services

Through our licensed insolvency practitioner team EBC can be appointed as official liquidators for Cyprus companies and carry out a full Members Voluntary Liquidation for a Cyprus company which has served its purpose.

Residency Permit Services

Our Legal and Regulatory Affairs team is the responsible team within our firm for implementing on behalf of our clients the entire immigration process for clients who wish to reside in the Republic of Cyprus and can provide services for permanent residency as well as for all types of temporary visas and work permits.
