Two new four-star hotels for Ayia Napa

The Environmental Committee has given the green light for the construction of two new hotels in Ayia Napa in a bid to attract quality tourism.

T&E Ttifinis Estates Ltd has submitted an application to construct a 4-star hotel in the Vatheia Gonia-Asprovounos area of Ayia Napa. The 13,000 square metre hotel will have two basements, ground and mezzanine floor as well as an additional four floors with a 584-bed capacity.

The hotel will be equipped with bars, restaurants, swimming pools, a gym, a children’s playground and 122 parking spots.

A Tsokkos Paradise Limited has submitted plans to convert an existing tourist village into a 500-bed four-star hotel. The proposed project will include 233 standard hotel rooms, five rooms for people with disabilities and 12 suites.

The hotel will have all the necessary amenities including swimming pools, bars etc. and will have 113 parking spots of which 12 will be reserved for people with disabilities.
