Tus Airways expands with direct route from Larnaca to Amman

TUS Airways will soon commence flying from Larnaca to Amman.

Building on the success of its first months of operations, having flown more than 34,000 passengers since the commencement of its operation in mid-April, Cyprus-based Tus Airways: ‘Τhe Ultimate Schedule’, is already expanding its operations with the launch of this new route.

The new route from Larnaca to Amman starts on the 1st of February 2017; the flights will be operated two times a week, on Monday & Wednesday, and will depart from Larnaca at 10:30 am. With tickets for one way flights from Larnaca starting at just €49, TUS Airways brings the capital of the Kingdom of Jordan closer, giving passengers the opportunity to visit Amman, a fascinating city of contrasts that comprises a unique blend of old and new, for a getaway or a business meeting, enjoying TUS Airways’ ultimate schedule and outstanding services at an appealing price.

Tickets are available for booking on the company website (www.tusairways.com) or through your travel agent. In-flight services include a complimentary soft drink and hand baggage up to 8kg.

Tus Airways is offering a new airline model in the region, boasting the most flexible schedule with convenient departure times for every passenger: early morning, noon and late night. ‘Τhe Ultimate Schedule’ is the philosophy of the company, which aims to connect Cyprus with neighbouring countries in the Eastern Mediterranean via daily frequent flights, offering comfort and convenience, as well as competitive pricing.

Tus Airways has its main base at Larnaca International Airport and plans to operate flights to 16 various destinations in the first stage, including countries such as Greece, Israel, Jordan, Egypt and Lebanon. The company’s goal is to offer 2-3 daily flights, on average, to each destination.

Tus Airways current fleet includes quick and comfortable aircrafts which allow fast boarding: medium-sized Saab2000 aircrafts with a capacity of 50 seats. The company also plans to acquire soon two Fokker 100 jet aircrafts with a capacity 100 seats each, these aircrafts offer maximum comfort and reliability, while maintaining low fuel and flight costs. The airline’s aircrafts are also designed to land at secondary airports, which fulfils the company’s vision for high-frequency schedule throughout the day via convenient and economic flights within the region.
