According to the Statistical Service of the Republic of Cyprus, for the period January-December 2015, the Turnover Value Index of Transport and Storage recorded an increase of 3.3% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year.

By economic activity, an increase of 12.8% was observed for warehousing and support activities for transportation, 7.8% for water transport and 2.3% for postal and courier activities.

Α drop of 6.9% was recorded in the index for land transport and of 99.1% for air transport due to the termination of the operational activities of Cyprus Airways as from January 2015.
