Cyprus’ revenue from tourism increased 1.4% to €254.8mn from January – April 2015 compared with €251.4mn during the same period last year, according to the Statistical Service of Cyprus.
Revenue from tourism fell 1.8% to €130.5 million in April 2015 compared with €132.9 million the previous year.
In April 2015 there were 83,361 arrivals from the United Kingdom, up from 73,556 in April 2014.
That made up for a drop in the number of Russian tourists over the same period to 25,149 from 32,430.
