Top accolades in the Mondaq Spring 2024 Leadership Awards!

We are proud to announce that five members of our firm have been recognized for their exceptional thought leadership in the Mondaq Spring 2024 Leadership Awards!

Senior Associate Ramona Livera and Trainee Lawyer Vasileios Vasios were recognised in the Media, Telecoms, IT, and Entertainment category for their co-authored article, “Trademarking a Celebrity in Cyprus.”

Additionally, Associate Anna Georgaka and Ramona received an award in the Technology category for their insightful piece on “EU Protection for Craft Products and AI Limits in Replicating Human Artistry.”

Senior Associate Stefanos Sofroniou earned recognition in two categories: Government & Public Sector for his article “New EU Rules for the Tracing of Crypto-Assets Transfers” and Compliance for his exploration of “EU Nears First Legal Framework on Artificial Intelligence.”

Dorina Mastora, our Deputy Compliance Officer, was acknowledged for her article “Empowering Transparency and Safeguarding Reporting: Understanding the Whistleblowing Law Of 2022 and the Deadline for Companies’ Internal Reporting Procedures,” in the Data Protection and Employment & HR categories.

The Mondaq awards highlight the platform’s top authors based on total readership over the last six months across various countries and multiple topic areas. They are presented biannually, in Autumn and Spring.
