Tallest building in Cyprus project moves ahead

A €77 million contract has been signed between Pafilia, J & P and ACC for the construction of a huge residential ‘One’ tower on October Avenue in Limassol.

When completed, it will be the tallest building in Cyprus and offer uninterrupted sea views, towering t to 37 floors at a height of 170 metres.

There will be 84-luxury apartments, shops and a residential lobby, as well as a gym, a spa, a conference room and a swimming pool.

Sales have already exceeded 55% according to local media reports.

It is hoped the project will help achieve the country's goal of becoming an attractive destination for foreign investors and will put the island on the international map in the luxury real estate sector.
