As part of our Continuing Professional Development training, last week SOTERIS PITTAS & CO LLC, delivered two consecutive in-house seminars which were presented by our newly promoted Partner, Mr. Kyriakos Pittas, on the subject of “Liquidation of Companies”.
The seminar provided an extensive overview of the various grounds and methods of liquidation of companies, with particular focus on practical and complex legal issues that commonly arise.
