In January to October, the retail value and volume index rose to 1.4% and 2.8% respectively compared to a year ago, Cystat said on its website.
According to revised figures, retail value and volume fell 1.7% and 3.2% respectively in September compared to August and rose an annual 2.2% and 3.3% respectively, Cystat said.
