According to the press, DELEK had asked for the meeting with Anastasiades to make clear there is strong interest from the Israeli side in buying a share from US-based Noble in Block 12.
The two men discussed issues of development and production, following recent declarations highlighting the commerciality of natural gas in the Aphrodite field.
