Ports authority issues tenders call for premises at old Limassol port

The Cyprus Ports Authority (CPA) has issued a called for tenders to lease premises at the old Limassol port.

According to a statement from the CPA, 40 premises are up for grabs as restaurants, snack bars, bars, cafeterias, offices, shops, a fish market, a kiosk and club.

“Considering the great location and the specific nature of the project, it would make an ideal business investment for interested users / licensees,” the CPA said.

The concession period for a premise, or multiple premises, is five years with a renewal option for another five.  Interested parties may submit a tender for one or more premises.

Tender documents can be obtained from the central offices of the CPA in Nicosia or at the CPA administration building at Limassol port, and also from the CPA website at www.cpa.gov.cy

The deadline for submission of bids is Friday June 26, 2015 at the latest by 12:00 noon.
