The retreat was dedicated to a series of workshops focusing on “Leadership, coaching, strategic and budget planning for 2019”, “The challenges of work balance in life” and other activities, with the motto “Climbing the Hills to achieve our maximum potential”.
The workshops, guided and facilitated by the Chairman of our firm and with the assistance of a professional business coach, were aimed at providing staff with the training and skills needed to meet clients’ changing requirements in today’s fast paced modern business environment. Combined with planning and policy discussions for the year ahead, and focusing on the implementation of various initiatives, staff were given the opportunity to guide and inform the firms strategic planning and growth initiatives in a unified and relaxed environment.
Saturday night, saw staff and family members let down their hair at the annual Gala Dinner at which all had a fantastic time. Amidst music, dancing, fine food and wine, staff and their families built on close bonds concluding the retreat with a positive mindset and a sense of motivation and determination to face the challenges of 2019.
In his closing speech managing partner Elias Neocleous said “I feel the need, after this beautiful and creative weekend we have all spent together at the Aphrodite Hills, to personally thank you and your families for being here and contributing to the success of this event. We created stronger bonds and reminded ourselves of the true values of life. If somebody asked me, what is the most precious thing in our firm? I would definitely reply without hesitation, ALL OF YOU, whom I consider to be the firm’s soul.”
