The decision awarding the tender was announced recently by the Marinas Management Committee.
According to the announcement, the company had put in a bid for the tender that was called on June 16, 2015 by which public space was being ceded for developing a marina at Paralimni.
The marina is to be built at the fishing reserve of Ayios Nicolaos. It will have around 300 berthing slots and also feature residential and commercial developments.
