Ocean Rig UDW Inc. an international contractor of offshore deepwater drilling services, with headquarters in Cyprus, announces its unaudited financial and operating results for the fourth quarter 2013.
For the fourth quarter of 2013, the Company reported a net income of $39.7 million, or $0.30 basic and diluted earnings per share. The Company reported Adjusted EBITDA of $163.8 million for the fourth quarter of 2013, as compared to $75.4 million for the fourth quarter of 2012.
