Nine schemes worth €75 million will be announced in 2015 by the Commerce Ministry in an attempt to boost liquidity in the economy, said Yiorgos Lakkotrypis, the Commerce Minister.
Lakkotrypis and Nicholas Hadjiyiannis, Chairman of the Cooperative Central Bank jointly announced on Monday new funding schemes that would be co-financed by the European structural funds during the 2014-2020 programming period.
The Commerce Minister said that by 2020 the total amount of funds that would be made available would reach €165 million, adding that €75 million would be allocated through nine schemes, three of which have already been announced for innovation, businesses and youth entrepreneurship.
