New Erasmus charter for higher education 2021-2027 at the European University of Cyprus

The European University of Cyprus has secured the new Erasmus charter for higher education 2021-2027, following the excellent score (100%) received by the relevant proposal after its evaluation by the European Commission.

Through the new Erasmus map, the university will be able to participate in a series of actions with a total budget of several million euros. Such actions include the mobility of students and academic staff within the EU, as well as participation in collaborations and exchanges of good practice. Each project will receive a fixed budget of € 0.5 million per year, with the aim of increasing it by 2027.

In addition, the university aims to participate in one to four joint master Erasmus Mundus degree programmes by 2027, which are offered to students worldwide, with each programme receiving approximately €4.5 million.
