There are now even more airlines connecting Cyprus to Germany, as Transavia plans to link Larnaca and Munich from 2017.
The Dutch carrier says flights will begin on April 1st 2016 and fly every Tuesday and Saturday.
"It is our pleasure to offer our services at attractive prices and our friendly service to the Cyprus market. We believe wholeheartedly that this route has a lot to offer for both in terms of business and tourism,” said Paul de Raad, the marketing manager for Transavia.
The airline is already operating from Cyprus with weekly flights to Amsterdam.
Transavia is part of the AIR FRANCE KLM Group and has been flying scheduled and charter flight services for 50 years.
It now has over 110 destinations, mainly in Europe and North Africa.
