New appointments in our Nicosia office

In line with our continuous development and investment in our human resources we are pleased to announce the strengthening of our Nicosia office with the appointment of a new partner and a new senior associate.

Nicolas Tsardellis – Advocate / Partner

Nicolas has been appointed to head the Nicosia litigation and dispute resolution department. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation including complex cross-border disputes, shareholder disputes and contractual disputes involving wealthy individuals, international trusts, international funds and corporations. Nicolas is also highly experienced in the most serious criminal cases, particularly white-collar crimes. He graduated in law from Newcastle University, UK and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2004.  He is a member of the International Law Association and the Cyprus Licensing Review Authority.

George Tsardellis – Advocate / Senior Associate

George has been appointed as a senior associate in our Nicosia litigation and dispute resolution department. He graduated in law from Leeds Metropolitan University, UK, and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2009.  George specializes in civil litigation and has a broad trial and appellate litigation practice, with a focus on corporate and commercial litigation, tort, contract, banking and real estate claims. He has particular experience in dealing with all types of urgent injunctive relief cases including ex parte applications for freezing injunctions, receivership and Anton Piller orders, Norwich Pharmacal orders and other disclosure orders.
