Mobile & Commerce Solutions PLC is listing an additional 98,800,000 ordinary shares on the Cyprus Stock Exchange, according to a statement on the exchange’s website.
The shares were issued as a share capital increase at a price of €0.01 each.
They will be incorporated into the already listed share capital of the company, which will amount to 101,400,000 shares.
Their trading will commence on Tuesday, June 9, 2015.
