Bank of Cyprus said that the European Central Bank approved the appointment of Michael Heger in the board of directors of Cyprus’ largest lender.
Heger will participate in the human resource and remuneration committee and the risk committee, the bank said in a statement on the website of the Cyprus Stock Exchange recently.
