Plans to build a 30-storey building on the outskirts of Limassol have been given the green light from the Department of Environment, according to media reports.
The €200million project – which is being undertaken by Leonetti Co Ltd and will be situated on the coastal road of Mouttagiakia village (around 7km from the town centre of Limassol) – will house both apartments and offices. Some of the permits approved include a total of 30 floors and a fourth floor commercial centre.
The same construction firm is also set to build a ten-floor building within the village of Mouttagiakia.
The aim of the project, according to developers, is to offer high-quality and modern apartments and commercial facilities ina building that will also house offices and shops.
The building will also have a green area and will be surrounded by hotels and shops in the tourist area of Limassol.
