Marship Investments to acquire shares in Ahrenkiel Cyprus

Marship Investments is set to acquire the share capital of Ahrenkiel Shipmanagement (Cyprus), according to the Cyprus Commission for the Protection of Competition (CPC).

‪The Service‪ of the Commission for the Protection of Competition received on behalf of Marship Investments Ltd notification of a proposed concentration according to Section 13 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law (Number 22(I)/99).

The notification concerns the acquisition of share capital of Ahrenkiel Shipmanagement (Cyprus) Ltd by Marship Investments Ltd.

Marship Investments Ltd is a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and is one of the two main parent companies of Marlow Group of Companies. This Group is active in the maritime sector and specifically in ship management services, with particular emphasis on staffing services ship / delivery crew as well as technical management services.

Ahrenkiel Shipmanagement (Cyprus) Ltd is a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and belongs to Ahrenkiel Group of Companies. This company is active in the provision of management services. It also participates in companies, which offer services in the shipping industry and operates in Cyprus through its subsidiary Kapal (Cyprus) Ltd.
