The Leptos Group is delighted to be one of the main sponsors of the annual Limassol Carnival, recognising the importance of large social and cultural events that take place in Cyprus’ most vibrant city.
Thursday, 20 February 2020, marked the beginning of the Carnival season in Cyprus. With Limassol being the biggest and most celebrated event on the island, and favoured amongst the best in Europe, the Municipality of Limassol has arranged eleven eventful days filled with fun and celebrations to commemorate the revelries of the season. The colourful programme will continue until Sunday, 1 March 2020, with a Grand Carnival Parade, which invigorates the whole city as thousands of dressed people in masks and costumes take to the streets in full celebration.
