Laiki Capital Public Co Ltd has changed its name to LCP Holdings and Investments Public Ltd, the company said in a statement on the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
The company has also reduced its share capital. Issued capital is now €9,171,920.9725 divided into 282,212,953 ordinary shares of a nominal value of €0.0325 each. Approved capital is now €67,693,713.49 divided into 2,082,883,492 ordinary shares of a nominal value of €0.0325 each.
