Kyndryl launch product to reduce IT infrastructure complexity

Kyndryl, one of the world’s largest providers of IT infrastructure services with offices in Cyprus, announced a new digital integration platform that gives businesses real-time access to valuable information around their complex IT infrastructure, and greater control than ever before in the ability to configure its critical functions.

Digital transformation efforts are at the top of the agenda for businesses worldwide, with 60% of CIOs citing it as their most critical growth driver in 2022. However, business and technology complexity combined with an IT skills shortage has slowed growth for most businesses.

The new product Kyndryl Bridge, according to an announcement, “brings together decades of expertise, and patterns from operational data and IP to draw actionable conclusions that redefine how enterprises improve and accelerate their AI-based business analytics. In this way, it achieves a seamless flow between the digital business and the technology that supports it. Kyndryl Bridge is designed to ‘meet’ customers where they are today, through interoperability that enables and maximises the value of the tools they already know and trust.”

Kyndryl’s uniqueness is dealing with the complexity of IT systems, which is increasingly what businesses are looking for so they can focus on their business goals. “Kyndryl Bridge unifies our deep, global experience with the most modern tools in the market and provides a platform that will improve the management of infrastructure and enable the acceleration of the digital transformation of our customers,” Managing Director of Kyndryl in Greece and Cyprus Apostolos Leonidopoulos said.

“It’s at the core of our long-term strategy, centred on growing our partner ecosystem and leveraging automation and AI capabilities combined with our intellectual property to transform the way IT services are delivered globally,” he added.

Designed with adaptability in mind, Kyndryl Bridge is evolving to deploy turnkey, scalable solutions from Kyndryl and its partners. Its smart management tools, powered by automation engines and artificial intelligence, will provide technology executives with real-time insights to prevent downtime events and better predict future needs and costs.

It was described as “an innovation in the way of managing, interconnecting and adapting complex information infrastructure in live and real-time, leveraging the integration of multiple cutting-edge technologies through a growing ecosystem of partners”, by General Manager of Kyndryl Cyprus Marios Kapiris.
