Investment firm authorisation awarded to 13 companies

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) decided to grant a Cyprus Investment Firm authorization (CIF) to 13 companies on the island.

According to a relevant announcement, the Board of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, announced its decision (pursuant to sections 6(6) and 22 of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2007) to grant a Cyprus Investment Firm authorisation to the following companies:

1. Dragon Options Ltd

2. Novox Capital Ltd

3. K.J.W. Krisworld Development Ltd

4. Nico Financial NF Ltd

5. Leadcapital Markets Ltd

6. Symmetria F.S. Ltd

7. Nextrade Worldwide Ltd

8. Harborx Ltd

9. Coverdeal Holdings Ltd

10. Emergo Wealth Ltd

11. Glestimon Management Ltd

12. Different Choice FBC Ltd

13. Boursotrade Ltd.

CySEC discussed the issuing of CIF authorisation during meetings held between January and May 2014.

It is however noted that prior to their activation, the above companies must establish and implement all necessary measures and comply with legal requirements.
