Hellenic Bank tops Reliability Index in a consumer survey

Hellenic Bank continues to be at the top of the Reliability Index in a comparison of 10 Credit Institutions operating in Cyprus, according to a RAI Consultants survey.

Based on the ratings received in the RAI CONSULTANTS survey using a sample of 500 consumers, Hellenic Bank received the highest rating with an upward trend and remains consistently first among ten Credit Institutions operating in Cyprus. Additionally, Hellenic Bank and its subsidiaries Pancyprian Insurance and HellenicAlicoLife were also ranked first in some very recent surveys.

Specifically Hellenic Bank ranked 1st for reliability among the Commercial Banks in a consumer survey and 1st for reliability among the Credit Institutions in a survey of businesses. Meanwhile its subsidiaries, HellenicAlicoLife came in 1st for reliability among the Life Insurance Companies affiliated to a bank and 2nd for reliability among all Life Insurance Companies.  Pancyprian Insurance was awarded first place for reliability among the Non-Life Insurance Companies. Meanwhile Hellenic Bank also came 1st for reliability among the Banks in another consumer survey. According to the press report, the survey included two questions for each institution: the level of reliability and whether respondents would recommend it to others.
