Cyprus’ harmonised consumer price index dropped in October by 1% compared to the respective month of 2015 and 0.9% in a month, the statistical service said.
In January to October, the harmonised annual deflation rate was 1.4%, Cystat said in a statement on its website on Tuesday.
The drop was mainly on cheaper energy prices, food and non-alcoholic beverages, non-energy industrial products and services, Cystat said.
