Half a million to pass through Cyprus' airports in summer 2015

Almost half a million passengers are expected to use the international airports of Larnaca and Paphos for their transportation in August 2015, with 2,900 flights expected to take place during the peak of the summer holiday season.

According to Hermes Airports Spokesman Adamos Aspris, during this period, passenger traffic in the country’s two international airports is reaching its peak for this year.

It is estimated that within these two weeks, more than 2,180 flights will take place in Larnaca airport, transporting over 350,000 passengers from and to Cyprus, Aspris said.
