Globo’s stock back on CSE

The Cyprus Stock exchange (CSE) has lifted the suspension of the trading of hi-tech company Globo Technologies.

The company has met the anticipated requirements and, therefore, appointed the company G.Pittatzis as their company’s Admissions Consultant.

CSE suspended the trading of the securities of Globo Technologies UK on November 25, 2015 because it had not obtained and did not maintain the services of a Nominated Advisor. According the CSE’s regulations it is noted that the issuers whose securities are listed on the CSE Emerging Companies Market should maintain at all times the services of a Nominated Advisor.
