Deflation in Cyprus accelerated in April 2015, for the fifth consecutive month, according to figures for the harmonized Index of Consumer Prices (HICP), the Statistical Service announced recently.
Inflation in April 2015 decreased at a rate of -1,7%, compared to the corresponding rate for April 2014, which also dropped by -0,4%.
Inflation in March 2015 decreased at a rate of -1,4% on a yearly basis.
