Personal Income Tax Returns (TD1)

The Tax Department of the Republic of Cyprus has recently announced that the deadline for the submission of Personal Income Tax Returns (TD1) for the year 2023 has been extended to 30 November 2024 at 23:59.

Employees, pensioners and self-employed individuals without financial statements, whose gross total income for the 2023 tax year exceeds €19,500 should proceed in submitting their respective Personal Income Tax returns (TD1) for the year 2023 and pay any final tax due.

Company Income Tax Return (TD4)

The Tax Department of the Republic of Cyprus announced the extension of the filing deadline for:

1. the Company Income Tax Return (TD4) for the tax years 2022 and 2023; and
2. the Summary Information Table (SIT) for related party transactions for the tax years 2022 and 2023.

The deadline for TD4 and SIT for the year 2022 has been further extended to 28 February 2025, while the deadline for TD4 and SIT for the year 2023 has now been extended to 30 November 2025.

It is important to note that the SIT can only be submitted via the Tax For All (TFA) portal and that non-compliance with the deadline entails administrative penalty of €500.
