Transport Minister Marios Demetriades is paying a visit to Hong Kong and Shanghai on the occasion of the 'Investment Opportunities in Cyprus' seminars organised there by the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
According to an official press release the seminars are organised in cooperation with the Cypriot Ministry of Energy, Commerce, Industry and Tourism, the Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency, the Cyprus-China Association and the Department of Merchant Shipping.
During his visits the Minister will meet companies based in Hong Kong and Shanghai to promote Cyprus as an important shipping centre.
