Corporate & Personal (with FS) Income Tax Return Deadline Extended

On 24 March 2022 the House of Representatives (Parliament) of the Republic of Cyprus has approved an extension to the deadline for the electronic submission of the Corporate Income Tax Return (TD4) and the Personal Income Tax Return (TD1A) for individuals who prepare audited financial statements (FS) for the year 2020.

The extension has been granted until 31st July 2022; the amending legislation has been published in the Government Gazette of the Republic of Cyprus today, 31st March 2022.
