The Bank says in a press released that in order for the existing shareholders of the Bank to be duly informed about the Group’s financial performance prior to the Extraordinary General Meeting that will take place on 28 August 2014, its Board of Directors will convene on Wednesday, 27 August 2014, to examine the Group`s Financial Results for the six months that ended on 30 June 2014.

On the same day, the Financial Results will be announced to the Cyprus Stock Exchange, the Athens Exchange and the press.

The Board of Directors will re-convene on Friday, 29 August 2014, to examine the Financial Report of the Group for the six months that ended on 30 June 2014, as it will be reviewed by the Group’s external auditors, which will be announced on the same date to the Cyprus Stock Exchange, the Athens Exchange and the press.
