Cyprus’ harmonised consumer price index fell 0.6% in August 2016, compared to the respective month of 2015, as energy prices continued to drop, the statistical service said.
In January to August, the harmonised inflation rate was -1.6%, Cystat said in a statement on its website on Tuesday. Compared to July, the harmonised consumer price index rose 0.4%.
