Following the announcement dated 20/05/2024 by the Tax Department of Cyprus, the Individual’s Personal Income Tax Return (T.D.1) for the year 2023 is available for submission via TaxisNet online platform (https://taxisnet.mof.gov.cy).
Based on the Announcement and the Law, the obligation to submit a Personal IncomeTax Return for the year 2023 is for Employees, Pensioners and Self-Employed whosegross total income for the year 2023 exceeds the amount of 19,500 Euros.
A registration on TaxisNet online platform is required prior to submitting the T.D.1, Personal Income Tax Return form.
The last date for the timely submission of the 2023 Personal Income Statement andpayment of the tax due is 31st July 2024.
